I came across DG Catering through a mutual friend and hired them for my now husband's 40th birthday. The party was a blast and the food was amazing, with a wide variety including vegetarian and vegan options. I was so impressed that I asked DG Catering if they would cater my father's 70th birthday in the Berkshires for the weekend. Sal & Gabbi were more than happy to do so and catered an entire weekend of culinary bliss. There was an informal dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch, plated formal dinner on Saturday and concluded with a brunch on Sunday. The weekend was amazing and the food was indescribable in the best way! It was a truly memorable experience for my entire family.

DG Hospitality catered my 60th Birthday party "COVID-Style"! The food was delicious, especially the tuna tartar in mini waffle cones, the pistachio-crusted lamb chops, the individual paella's and the seared scallops on risotto cakes. Sal and Gabbi are professional and delightful to work with. They handled all the details from set up to clean up so that I could truly enjoy my evening without a worry. In other words, they Rocked It!!

The most I can do is from the bottom of my heart, say thank you for such an amazing experience. The night that I proposed to my future wife will always be remembered by the exquisite meal that was prepared for us by Sal and the incredible hospitality provided by Gabbi. I remember Sal let me know that I wouldn't have to lift a finger, and honestly, a part of me didn't believe him. I could not have been more wrong! Table setup, dishes, food, drink - anything you can think of for a meal was provided to us, as my fiancé and I revelled in the meal in front of us.
The entire evening was unlike any other I had ever experienced. The food was out of this world, and I had never been more excited for my next plate, and my next plate, and the next! I ate so much that I had to eventually stop so I could enjoy the following course!
Gabbi was excellent in providing us with some small talk, refilling our glasses, and simply a pleasure to be around.
For the cherry on the top, they left the kitchen spotless! The level of service provided here was definitely a two-person job.
Not only was the night as good as it was, but the level of care and attention provided prior to the evening was exceptional. I had multiple phone calls with both Sal and Gabbi in order for them to better understand who my fiancé and I are as people, and to get a feel for the foods that we might like. I, myself, am not a creative person, so when I saw the menu that Sal had personally curated based on the preferences I had provided during our calls, I was simply blown away.
Lastly, I'd like to give one last big "THANK YOU". Our proposal dinner was made incredibly special and will be a night we will never forget. Hiring Sal and Gabbi was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Thank you so much for making my husbands event a day to remember. On time and reliable, from the moment we described the theme of the party, you guys nailed it! From drafting up the menu to responding back within a day. On the day of the event, you were so professional..setting up and breaking down the food. Did I mention the FOOD?! I can't recommend DG Catering more highly; from beginning to end, it was easy, professional, and wonderful. Gabbi & Sal were so easy to deal with (incredibly friendly). We had Sal & Gabbi assist on our son's 1st birthday and everything was wonderful from food to service. The food was fantastic - I received so many compliments from my guests about the food especially for a 1-year-olds party. They helped with our rentals and cleaned up after the event which let us enjoy the party and know all would go smooth. I highly recommend and hope to use them again for future events.

We loved the variety of food - the passed hors d'oeuvres, the slider bar with so many different options, and the pastas and salad, as well as your ability to accommodate different allergies and food preferences.
